Where you can fully express your Empowered Goddess Self.
Our mission is to empower women with tools to overcome their pain through ancient healing techniques as well as connect the community by offering in person and virtual events and retreats. Our powerful group sessions happen maybe once a month. People started to ask for a way to have access to this information more often. We came up with The Academy.
With courses like "Reparenting" and "Tapping Basics" and "Anxiety Healing" you can start your own healing journey all on our own, from the comfort of your home, but also have access to our Community through a private FB Group for paid members like you only.
These courses are also a great place to start before joining our group healing program (more info coming soon) or any live event.

Empowered Ladies Events came about in 2019 when we were both craving a deep connection to other spiritual women in our community who were on similar healing journeys. When we couldn't find that, we created it. We took a chance first by even meeting each other. From facebook to real life we brought our dreams and our friendship into reality, making ELE a official partnership and legal business in 2020.Our love for a focus on healing and mental health came through our own need for it, both of us coming from backgrounds with profound trauma. With western medicine and traditional therapy not being the complete answer we knew there was ways to help the nervous system heal on a deep biological level. We already had a lot of tools and knowledge but then we both dived deep into energy training/qigong/taichi etc to learn even more how to heal our past traumas and pain, turning them into empowerment, unlocking our truest potentials and levels of happiness. We want to share those modalities with you.
